Job description

The selected candidate will be part of Via Spinetti 29 boutique team, operating in one of the most iconic and prestigious luxury shopping streets in the world.

Within this exceptional Verona location, the role is responsible for delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation. 

 

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in welcoming and assisting clients, helping to build the positive relazionships and ensure a pleasant and engaging shopping experience for both new and returning customers.

• Learn and assist in presenting Ready-To-Wear collections, providing basic product information, styling suggestions and support during fittings under the guidance of senior team members. 

• Assist the sales team in achieving daily and seasonal sales obectives by actively participating in the selling process and supporting team activities in the seasonal Verona Boutique. 

• Contribute to delivering a high-quality and personalized service aligned with brand's luxury standards, ensuring clients feel valued and well assisted at all times. 

• Collaborate with the team in maintaining the boutique's visual standards, supporting merchandising activities and keeping the store enviroment tidy, welcoming and aligned with brand guidelins. 

• Assist with day-to-day boutique operations, including stock organization, replenishment, inventory support and basic point of sale activities.

• Support stpre events and client engagment initiatives, contributing to a positive brand image and gaining exposure to luxury retail dynamics during the high season. 

 

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion retail, in client-facing roles.

• Strong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service.

• Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are considered a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse international clientele.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a commercial attitude and ability to achieve sales targets.

• Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends and customer expectations.

• Attention to detail.

• Team-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills.

• Flexibility and availability to work schedules compatible with retail operations, including weekends and holidays.
