Role Overview


We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our boutique located in Malpensa Airport. As part of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, building lasting relationships with clients, and representing our brand’s values through impeccable service. The role will specifically focus on our men’s ready-to-wear collection, offering expertise and personalized assistance in this category.

 

Your Contribution to the Role

 

  • Deliver a tailored and exceptional shopping experience to each traveler, reflecting the brand’s values in a fast-paced, international airport environment.
  • Engage with a diverse clientele, often limited in time, by providing efficient yet personalized service that meets their individual needs and expectations.
  • Build long-term relationships with both frequent travelers and local clients, ensuring a high level of client retention and loyalty.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the brand’s product offerings, new arrivals, and key trends, in order to guide clients through quick but informed purchase decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to achieve personal and store sales targets, contributing to the boutique’s success within a highly dynamic retail space.
  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation at all times, maintaining brand standards despite high traffic and rapid turnover.
  • Assist in inventory management, including regular stock replenishment, fast product rotation, and real-time updates on availability to meet the needs of transient customers.
  • Manage transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring a seamless and professional checkout experience in line with airport retail protocols.
  • Comply with airport security regulations and retail operational procedures, maintaining smooth collaboration with airport staff and adhering to all guidelines.

 

What you bring to the Team

 

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work well in a team environment and achieve store targets.
  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends, and customer expectations.
