We are looking for a passionate and client-oriented Client Advisor to join our boutique in Taormina, a jewel of the Mediterranean and a symbol of timeless Sicilian elegance. Inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Sicily and the iconic aesthetic of Dolce & Gabbana, the boutique embodies craftsmanship, tradition, and contemporary luxury.
As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience that celebrates Italian excellence, Sicilian savoir-faire, and refined hospitality. You will play a key role in building meaningful relationships with an international clientele while bringing the brand’s values and storytelling to life.
Your Contribution

Deliver a personalized, memorable, and high-end shopping experience, fully aligned with the brand’s identity and values.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by anticipating their needs and offering bespoke service.

Share in-depth product knowledge, brand heritage, and seasonal trends to provide expert and inspiring advice.

Actively contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales targets through a proactive and collaborative approach.

Support visual merchandising activities, ensuring the boutique reflects the brand’s aesthetic standards and Sicilian-inspired elegance.

Assist with stock management, ensuring product availability and optimal merchandise presentation.

Manage customer transactions with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Participate in boutique events, special activations, and seasonal initiatives to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
What You Bring to the Team

Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within luxury retail or the fashion industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a sophisticated and international clientele.

Strong attention to detail and an understanding of visual merchandising principles.

Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a strong advantage (Russian, Arabic, or Chinese are highly valued).
