Role Overview

 

We are looking for a passionate and client-oriented Client Advisor to join our boutique in Taormina, a jewel of the Mediterranean and a symbol of timeless Sicilian elegance. Inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Sicily and the iconic aesthetic of Dolce & Gabbana, the boutique embodies craftsmanship, tradition, and contemporary luxury.

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience that celebrates Italian excellence, Sicilian savoir-faire, and refined hospitality. You will play a key role in building meaningful relationships with an international clientele while bringing the brand’s values and storytelling to life.

 

Your Contribution

 

  • Deliver a personalized, memorable, and high-end shopping experience, fully aligned with the brand’s identity and values.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by anticipating their needs and offering bespoke service.

  • Share in-depth product knowledge, brand heritage, and seasonal trends to provide expert and inspiring advice.

  • Actively contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales targets through a proactive and collaborative approach.

  • Support visual merchandising activities, ensuring the boutique reflects the brand’s aesthetic standards and Sicilian-inspired elegance.

  • Assist with stock management, ensuring product availability and optimal merchandise presentation.

  • Manage customer transactions with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Participate in boutique events, special activations, and seasonal initiatives to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.

 

What You Bring to the Team

 

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within luxury retail or the fashion industry.

  • A strong passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a sophisticated and international clientele.

  • A results-driven mindset and a natural team player attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of visual merchandising principles.

  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a strong advantage (Russian, Arabic, or Chinese are highly valued).

  • Solid knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, current trends, and high-end customer expectations
