Welcomist Intern

We are looking for a bright, elegant, and customer-oriented individual to join our luxury boutique in the heart of Rome as a Welcomist Intern. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering a warm, personalized welcome and ensuring a flawless first impression that reflects the brand’s high standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet clients with professionalism and courtesy, creating an exceptional and welcoming atmosphere
• Manage the flow of visitors and appointments, ensuring smooth and timely access to the boutique
• Assist the sales team in daily operations and scheduling activities
• Offer refreshments and brand materials, taking care of every detail of the client experience
• Maintain a refined, organized environment in line with the boutique’s image
• Provide basic assistance in Italian and English (additional language skills are a plus)

Requirements

• Passion for the luxury, fashion, or retail industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-groomed appearance and strong sense of style
• Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and eagerness to learn
• Educational background: diploma or university degree (completed or in progress)
