Role Overview – Fiumicino Airport Boutique

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our boutique located in Fiumicino Airport. As a key member of our sales team, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience in a dynamic, international travel environment, building lasting client relationships, and representing our brand’s values through impeccable service.

 

Your Contribution

  • Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience to every client, proudly representing the brand’s values in a fast-paced airport setting.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including international travelers, by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Stay informed about the latest product launches, trends, and brand knowledge to offer expert advice tailored to a global clientele.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall store success.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure the boutique remains welcoming and aligned with brand standards, even in high-traffic periods.
  • Support stock management by ensuring product availability and assisting with merchandise replenishment.
  • Handle customer transactions professionally, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience within time-sensitive contexts.
  • Participate in boutique events and promotions to boost customer engagement and brand visibility among international travelers.

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse, global clientele.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work well within a team and achieve sales targets.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are highly valued.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, typical of airport retail environments.
  • Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends, and customer expectations.
