We are currently looking for a Cashier for our Boutique based in Rome.

As a Brand ambassador, the successful candidate, would strive to display ownership and accountability in handling cash/card and client data procedures, processing returns, exchanges, and high value transactions, and ensuring compliance with all of Dolce & Gabbana policies, procedures and standards.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

•             Drive and achieve individual and team objectives

•             Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience

•             Follow the company’s payments procedures

•             Have full ownership and embody of cash/card handling, client data procedures, and data collection

•             Ensure flexibility is provided to managers in order to support the shop floor when needed

•             Follow the company’s policies and procedures

 

Desired Skills and Experience

 

o            Minimum of  4 years’ experience as a cashier in a retail environment

o            Retail & customer services experience preferred

o            Efficient and accurate typing skills

o            Good customer service attitude

o            Good administrative skills

o            Good PC skills such as MS Office

o            Excellent command of spoken and written English
