Client Advisor - Temporary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Temporary Client Advisor to join our team in Rome, Fiumicino Airport.
This is a temporary role where you will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Tailor the client experience to elevate the brand’s impression and foster customer loyalty.
- Mentor and support Sales Staff to ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.
- Promote and sell products by identifying the needs of our international customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain store standards in line with company guidelines.
- Embody and passionately communicate the company’s projects through effective product knowledge.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships using clienteling tools (e.g., Client Book, client ceremony guidelines) and systems (e.g., CRM).
- Monitor stock levels and assist Sales Staff with inventory-related activities.
- Support basic cash operations when necessary, including handling the till.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Familiarity with client ceremonies and effective sales techniques.
- Strong understanding of store KPIs.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling skills.
- Excellent customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
