We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Keeper to join our seasonal team in Portofino. As a key part of our back-of-house operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization, accuracy, and efficiency of our stockroom. This position supports the sales team by ensuring product availability and optimal stock management, contributing to a seamless client experience and the overall success of the boutique.

 

Your Contribution to the Role

 

  • Maintain an organized and clean stockroom, ensuring that merchandise is stored efficiently and safely.

  • Receive, check, and process incoming deliveries with precision and in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure prompt product replenishment on the shop floor.

  • Manage stock transfers, returns, and markdowns in accordance with company procedures.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and support in stocktaking activities.

  • Ensure all items are properly tagged, labeled, and protected to uphold brand standards.

  • Uphold health and safety standards within the stock area.

 

What You Bring to the Team

 

  • Previous experience in a stockroom or logistics role, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.

  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the boutique team.

  • Flexibility and adaptability, especially in a dynamic seasonal environment.

  • A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with stock management systems is a plus.

  • Fluency in Italian; English is a plus.
