We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Keeper to join our seasonal team in Portofino. As a key part of our back-of-house operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization, accuracy, and efficiency of our stockroom. This position supports the sales team by ensuring product availability and optimal stock management, contributing to a seamless client experience and the overall success of the boutique.
Your Contribution to the Role

Maintain an organized and clean stockroom, ensuring that merchandise is stored efficiently and safely.

Receive, check, and process incoming deliveries with precision and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure prompt product replenishment on the shop floor.

Manage stock transfers, returns, and markdowns in accordance with company procedures.

Conduct regular inventory checks and support in stocktaking activities.

Ensure all items are properly tagged, labeled, and protected to uphold brand standards.

Uphold health and safety standards within the stock area.
What You Bring to the Team

Previous experience in a stockroom or logistics role, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.

Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the boutique team.

Flexibility and adaptability, especially in a dynamic seasonal environment.

A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Basic computer skills; familiarity with stock management systems is a plus.

Fluency in Italian; English is a plus.
