ROLE:

Dolce & Gabbana Stock Supervisor acts as the point person for maintaining and supervising all inbound and outbound merchandise, as well as overseeing the maintenance and organization of all back-of-house stock and supply areas. This role ensures operational efficiency, supports inventory accuracy, and leads stock team members in executing daily tasks aligned with brand standards.

  

MISSION:  

  

  • Ensuring the stockroom organization to maximize store productivity. 
  • Monitoring stock levels and supporting activities of client advisors. 
  • Be a role model ensuring the highest level of client service. 
  • Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the marketplace. 
  • Key Holder (mandatory for Managers, optional for Supervisors). 
  • Manage the stockroom organization in order to contribute to the store productivity, in accordance with DG directives and procedures. 
  • Ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor and shortening the waiting time of the clients. 
  • Training support on system and stockroom guideline to new stock keepers. 
  • Participate in daily store meetings to communicate current business trends, relevant updates and motivate store employees. 
  • Identify store maintenance issues, lighting concerns and work closely with Corporate to report, catalogue, prioritize and resolve areas that impact store structural function and image. 
  • Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner. 
  • Prepare new items to be displayed in collaboration with Client Advisors. 
  • Ensure replenishment is done systematically and accurately. 
  • Participate in store maintenance. 
  • Control and supervise transfers and all other operations in a timely manner. 
  • Supervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of articles. 
  • Follow daily placement of items for sale, in line with articles available in stock. 
  • Plan and undertake inventory operations, and be a stakeholder in monitoring loss-prevention and unknown mark-downs. 
  • Communicate on a daily basis with article rotation and propose remedial measures where necessary. 
  • Oversee and confirm all receipts, deliveries, outgoing packages, both retail and non-retail. 
  • Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policies. 
  • Respond to Corporate regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, etc. 
  • Guarantee the bi-annual store inventory accuracy and set up quantitative targets related to inventory control. 
  • Be competent in cash procedures and operations and, if needed, provides support to the cashiers team. 
  • Maintain full knowledge of all shipping and receiving procedures and paperwork distribution. 
  • Inter-store transfers, RTVs and damages. 
  • Client purchases, consignments and transfers or deliveries to other locations. 
  • PR/Visual deliveries. 
  • Store materials, supplies and packaging supplies. 
  • Furniture moves, special event setup, etc. 
  • Manage Staff uniforms (fitting, order, remittance, alterations, dry cleaning and spare uniforms). 
  • Order office stationery, drinks and food and other relevant tools, coordinate with suppliers, control delivery and invoicing. 

  

  

PROFILE: 

  • 2+ years of retail operations experience 
  • Experience managing a luxury retail stock room 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Overall organization and attention to detail 

 

The hourly rate for this role ranges from $30.00 - $34.00, plus variable commission. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge
