ROLE
Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available. This role combines foundational IT operational support with targeted project coordination. The position focuses on delivering general L1 helpdesk support and managing the operational logistics of brick-and-mortar store expansions. It is meant for an individual who is proactive, self-motivated and neatly organized.
MISSION
- Provide day-to-day support for colleagues at corporate offices and retail stores in the use of devices and basic software applications.
- Track vendor progress, ISP installations, and hardware deliveries for new retail store openings.
- Assist with help desk and basic device provisioning.
- Assist with employee turnover and onboarding, ensuring smooth access to business systems.
- Escalate requests when appropriate and maintain ownership until full resolution.
- Coordinate hardware configurations for new locations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, schedules, and status reports.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Basic troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and basic understanding of business applications.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Know-how to formalize and draw up documentation relating to projects and processes.

PROFILE
- At least 2 years of experience managing IT projects across different geographies.
- Experience in retail is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field is a plus.
- Experience in IT support and helpdesk operations.
- Flexible, proactive problem-solver with strong organizational commitment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a client-oriented mindset and ability to listen effectively.
The Salary rate for this role ranges from $70,000 - $80,000. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
