HR Coordinator

We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator who will report to the VP of Human Resources as part of our dynamic team in New York, New York.
ROLE
The HR Coordinator will support the HR department with administrative tasks, organization, and general office needs. This role will report in the VP of Human Resources while supporting the all-department members of HR.
MISSION
- Responsible for processing New Hires, Terminations, and all other employee changes in HRIS System,
- Partner with HR Managers to ensure all status changes are accurate and timely for payroll purposes.
- Prepare offer letters, employment verification letters, new hire announcements and other HR memos/notices.
- Assist with onboarding of Corporate new hires including scheduling, equipment orders and desk set-up.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date HR Shared Drive.
- Maintain & update Organizational Charts on a Weekly basis.
- Responsible for opening/closing job requisitions and posting to external job boards, as needed.
- Support TA Specialist with screening resumes and sourcing candidates, as needed.
- Support the Payroll and Benefits Specialists with ad hoc requests
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, company policies and other HR related topics.
- Assist with the annual review process preparation, training, and execution.
- Support Store Directors with timesheets corrections and adjustments.
- Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events
- Assist the VP of HR with scheduling, expense reports, and other administrative duties.
PROFILE
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- 1-2 years Human Resources experience
- Must be highly detailed and organized
- Possess high level of descriptor when handling confidential and sensitive matters
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Experience in retail business is a plus
The salary range for this role ranges from $60,000 - $65,000 yearly. Dolce & Gabbana is committed to building a diverse workforce.
