ROLE
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of Dolce & Gabbana boutiques across North America. This role ensures that each store environment reflects the brand’s luxury standards while operating seamlessly for clients and staff. The Facilities Manager will collaborate with internal departments, store teams, and external vendors to deliver facilities solutions that uphold Dolce & Gabbana’s identity and operational excellence.
MISSION
- Direct all aspects of facilities operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency response.
- Oversite Service Channel facilities management platform solution and relationship.
- Establish and monitor service contracts for building systems, cleaning, and safety programs.
- Partner with store managers to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Develop and manage facilities budgets, balancing cost efficiency with premium quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and brand requirements.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and energy‑efficiency programs aligned with corporate objectives.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
- Provide strategic input on long‑term facilities planning to support store growth and renovations.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, ideally within luxury retail.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites across a wide geographic region.
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Skilled in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
The salary range for this role is $75K–$85K annually, plus variable commission. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
