Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available at our NY Fifth Avenue Boutique. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to ensure customer satisfaction, support Client Advisors to drive sales, maximize productivity and profitability, and ensure compliance with company procedures within a store facility. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.

 

 

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Helps to identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals.
  • Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus.
  • Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
  • Training and development of Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
  • Working knowledge of all “back of house.”
  • Ensures that all store manuals are current such as: Operations, P&P, Product Knowledge, Corporate & Store Phone Books, Marketing & Editorial.
  • Ensures that all logs are current such as: Alterations, Transfers, outside repairs, Consignments, Safe Log.
  • Ensures P&P of all Sales Audit tasks & requirements.
  • Identify future opportunities and risks.
  • Manage implementation & execution of all company initiatives within the store.
  • Responsibility for assisting in management of sales, shrink, controllable expenses including payroll.
  • Visual presentation, including planning, implementation/execution, adjustments and feedback on strategies.
  • Compliance with Policies and Procedures in Store including dress guidelines.
  • Assist Store Manager in the recruiting, retention, supervision, training and development of store personnel.

 

 

Key Requirements & Competencies:

  • 3+ years luxury retail management experience
  • Rich experience and knowledge in luxury

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
