Client Relationship Consultant Specialist DACH

As a CRC Specialist, you will embody the Dolce&Gabbana spirit by cultivating and maintaining exceptional relationships with our most valued clients. You will deliver outstanding service and contribute to our sales performance across the German market.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an impeccable Dolce&Gabbana client experience in all interactions.

• Support our Alta Moda, Alta Sartoria, Alta Gioielleria and Alta Orologeria events and projects.

• Drive sales performance and client development at a local level.

• Identify, recruit and engage new clients, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences.

• Strengthen client loyalty and maximize business opportunities through clienteling activities.

• Collaborate with Store Directors and Sales Teams to ensure excellence in service and event execution.

• Coordinate the participation of VIC clients in our exclusive events and fashion shows.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English. Italian or any European language is considered a plus.

• Previous experience in luxury retail or client relationship roles.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

• Passion for luxury fashion and a client-oriented mindset.

• Self-motivation, discretion, and a high sense of responsibility.
