Client Advisor - Montauk Pop Up

ROLE

The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The Client Advisor also supports the team in maintaining operational excellence and upholding the brand’s image and standards.

MISSION

• Provide impeccable service to our clients and be a true ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations, ensuring smooth execution of the sales ceremony. 
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and communicate the brand’s heritage and values.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools.
• Support merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and visual presentation standards. Oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

PROFILE

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience  
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW

  This position is classified as non-exempt for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law, as this employee’s primary duties consist of performing clerical and/or manual work-based activities. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $21.00 - $23.00 and eligible for commission.
