Dolce&Gabbana offers an exceptional career opportunity as Wholesale Account Specialist – Casa Division (Europe) based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the Casa Division – Customer Care Department.
Job description
The selected candidate will be part of the Casa Division Wholesale Function and will report directly to the Customer Care Manager.
The role is responsible for managing commercial relationships and supporting the development of the European wholesale client portfolio, ensuring excellence in service and strong commercial execution.
Key responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the European market
• Manage and nurture daily relationships with wholesale clients, ensuring effective and timely communication
• Oversee onboarding and activation of new wholesale partners
• Coordinate the full order lifecycle, from collection to delivery
• Liaise with internal departments (Pricing, Legal, Operations, Customer Care, Finance, Area Managers) to ensure smooth processes and service quality
• Support the execution of strategic commercial projects for the Casa Division
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order management and reporting activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally, maintaining strong alignment with all stakeholders
Requirements
• Previous experience in wholesale, account management or sales roles
• Knowledge of CRM systems, digital tools and MS Office
• Experience in the luxury, design, or lifestyle sector is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Proactivity, flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
