Main activities and responsibilities:

• Organization of business travel, ensuring compliance with company policies and cost optimization
• Operational support in case of flight cancellations or changes
• Research and negotiation of the best fares available on the market
• Support in the organization of events
• Verification of pre-departure documentation and monitoring of passport and visa expiration dates
• Support in the management of expense reports
• Requesting quotations
• Logistical support for events
