Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stock Keeper to join our boutique located in the prestigious Quadrilatero district of Milan. In this role, you will be essential in managing the inventory flow, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting the sales team to maintain an excellent shopping experience. Your contribution will be key in keeping the boutique efficient and well-stocked, reflecting the high standards of our luxury brand.

Your Contribution to the Role

  • Manage and maintain accurate stock records, ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise between the warehouse and boutique floor.

  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.

  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to guarantee easy access and efficient stock rotation.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and visual merchandising teams to ensure timely replenishment of products on the sales floor.

  • Conduct regular stock audits and assist in inventory counts to maintain accuracy.

  • Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or potential shortages to management.

  • Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining high standards of stock security.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to stock management, including updating stock databases and preparing reports.

  • Participate in store events and promotions by ensuring the availability of promotional products.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience in stock management or inventory control, ideally within luxury retail or fashion.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proactive attitude in identifying and solving stock-related issues.

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

  • Fluency in Italian is required; knowledge of English is a plus.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic IT skills.

  • Understanding of luxury retail environment standards and customer expectations.
