Showroom Client Advisor - Ready-to-Wear

Role Overview
Dolce & Gabbana is looking for a Showroom Client Advisor – Ready-to-Wear (Men & Women) to support the Showroom activities at our Milan HQ during the months of May and June for the Spring/Summer Selling Campaign (approximately May 15th – June 18th).

In this role, you will support the presentation and sale of the Men’s and Women’s Ready-to-Wear collections, ensure a high level of client service, and contribute to the achievement of commercial goals during the buying campaign. You will collaborate closely with Area Managers and internal teams while assisting international clients throughout the buying process.

Your Contribution to the Role

• Welcome and assist international clients during showroom appointments, ensuring a premium client experience

• Present the Men’s and Women’s Ready-to-Wear collections and support the sales process

• Collaborate with Area Managers and internal teams to achieve commercial targets

• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations

• Support order management and post-sales activities in collaboration with the Back Office team

• Ensure accurate maintenance of the client database to support follow-up activities

• Represent Dolce & Gabbana as a brand ambassador, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and contribute to the smooth running of showroom operations

What You Bring to the Team

• Strong product knowledge, particularly within luxury Ready-to-Wear collections

• Previous experience in luxury fashion showroom or wholesale environments 

• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory

• Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Client-oriented mindset and ability to build strong professional relationships

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Strong passion for fashion and the luxury industry
