Showroom Client Advisor - Kids (Russian Speaker)

Role Overview

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, is looking for a Showroom Client Advisor – Kids (Russian Speaker) to support our Showroom activities at the Milan HQ during the first two weeks of June for the Spring/Summer Selling Campaign (June 4th – June 16th).

In this role, you will contribute to the commercial success of the Kids showroom by delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the presentation and sale of the collections. You will work closely with internal teams to assist international clients during the buying campaign while representing the brand’s values and standards.

Your Contribution to the Role

• Welcome and assist clients during showroom appointments, ensuring an engaging and high-level client experience

• Support the presentation and sale of the Kids collections to international clients, particularly Russian-speaking customers

• Collaborate with Area Managers and cross-functional teams to support the achievement of commercial objectives

• Build strong and professional relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a seamless buying experience

• Support order management and post-sales activities in collaboration with the Back Office team

• Maintain accurate client information and contribute to follow-up activities when required

• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Dolce & Gabbana values and ensuring the highest service standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and proactive attitude

What You Bring to the Team

• Strong product knowledge, particularly within luxury fashion and Kids collections

• Previous experience in a similar role within luxury fashion showroom environments

• Fluency in Russian, English, and Italian is mandatory

• Strong client service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Strong passion for the fashion industry
