Role Overview
Dolce & Gabbana is looking for a Showroom Client Advisor – Accessories to support our Showroom activities at the Milan HQ during the months of May and June for the Spring/Summer Selling Campaign (approximately May 15th – June 18th).

In this role, you will support the commercial activities of the Accessories showroom, ensure an excellent client experience, and contribute to the success of the buying campaign. You will assist international clients and collaborate closely with Area Managers and internal teams to present the collection and finalize sales.

 

Your Contribution to the Role

  • Welcome and assist clients during showroom appointments, ensuring a premium service experience

  • Present and support the sale of the Accessories collections to international buyers and partners

  • Work closely with Area Managers to support commercial objectives and client needs

  • Develop strong and professional relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless buying experience

  • Assist with order management and post-sales activities in collaboration with the Back Office team

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of the client database for potential follow-up activities

  • Represent the Dolce & Gabbana brand by maintaining high standards of professionalism and service

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and showroom procedures

 

What You Bring to the Team

  • Strong product knowledge, particularly within luxury fashion and accessories

  • Previous experience in luxury fashion showroom or wholesale environments 

  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent client service orientation

  • Organized and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for luxury fashion and accessories
