Showroom Assistant/Vestiarista

Role Overview
Dolce & Gabbana is looking for a Showroom Vestiarista to support the Showroom activities at our Milan HQ during the months of May and June (approximately from May 7th to June 19th, to be confirmed).
In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, organization, and fitting of garments during showroom appointments. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring that all pieces are handled with care, presented at the highest standards, and ready for client viewings. You will collaborate closely with Client Advisors, Area Managers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient showroom experience.
Your Contribution to the Role
- Support garment dressing and fittings on models during showroom appointments
- Prepare garments ensuring they are steamed and in perfect condition
- Handle and organize samples with extreme care and attention to detail
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of showroom appointments
- Collaborate with Client Advisors and Area Managers to ensure smooth appointment flow
- Manage quick changes and coordinate outfits during client presentations
- Monitor garment availability and support stock organization in the showroom
- Maintain high standards of presentation and organization at all times
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to the smooth running of showroom operations
What You Bring to the Team
- Previous experience as a vestiarista or in a similar role within luxury fashion or showroom environments
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong passion for fashion and the luxury industry
