Senior Legal Specialist

Dolce&Gabbana Group is looking for an inhouse lawyer serving as Senior Legal Specialist to join our Legal Department in HQ-Milan.
The role involves providing high-level to both corporate and business functions, ensuring effective risk assessment and compliance across a broad spectrum of contractual and advisory activities; with a specific focus on Real Estate, Data Protection and Compliance matters; both at HQ level and across multiple jurisdictions.
Main activities and tasks
- Acting as a legal advisor to internal stakeholders in the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of legal documentation, including drafting and reviewing of contracts, agreements, letters, NDAs, LOIs, MOUs, binding or non-binding deeds, always ensuring consistency with company policies and risk management standards;
- Supporting business functions throughout the termination and exit phases of contractual relationships as well as dispute management, litigation activities, resolution and settlement.
- Managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions in the practice areas in primary scope (i.e. Real Estate, Data Protection and Compliance, agency agreements, service agreements, consultancy contracts).
- Providing legal support and guidance on compliance and regulatory activities with specific reference to data protection law (es. CRM, HR);
- Delivering legal assistance, where required, to other companies within the Dolce & Gabbana Group according to applicable intercompany agreements;
- Monitoring legislative, regulatory and case law developments relevant to the business and proactively communicating legal updates and implications to internal stakeholders (e.g., through newsletters or legal updates).
- Coordinating and liaising with external Law Firm and lawyers, both in Italy and internationally, when required;
- Supporting the reference Legal Director (or whenever required the Chief Legal Office and Compliance) in specific compliance or corporate legal matters, exercises or projects; including due diligence and M&A (if any).
Requirements
- Law degree, enrolled to the Lawyer Bar since 2024 with no more than 6 year experience (legal training or secondment or inhouse legal experience included);
- Excellent professional proficiency in English (and Italian); appreciated a third language good command;
- Proven experience in legal matters in scope with solid exposure to contract drafting and corporate advisory work.
- Ideal candidate (i) comes from reputable international law firms or inhouse legal Dept, (ii) has due experience to work independently with internal shareholders as reliable point of reference.
