Job description
The selected candidate will be part of the Via Montenapoleone boutique team, operating in one of the most iconic and prestigious luxury shopping streets in the world.
Within this exceptional Milanese location, the role is responsible for delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation, with a specific focus on the Women’s Ready-to-Wear collection.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, anticipating their needs and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Provide expert knowledge on the Women’s Ready-to-Wear collection, offering tailored styling advice and product guidance.
• Contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement.
• Support visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards.
• Assist in stock management operations, ensuring product availability and supporting replenishment activities.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and professionally, ensuring a seamless client experience at the point of sale.
• Collaborate closely with the boutique team to support daily operations and commercial objectives.
• Participate in store events and promotional activities to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
Requirements
• Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion retail, in client-facing roles.
• Strong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are considered a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse international clientele.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong commercial attitude and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends and customer expectations.
• Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Flexibility and availability to work schedules compatible with retail operations, including weekends and holidays.

Indicative salary range: Gross Annual Salary starting from €32,000 + sales commissions
