Real Estate Specialist

This position is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing real estate properties to meet the needs of the Dolce & Gabbana group worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, with experience in contract negotiation, property management, and cost optimization. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Activities

• Identify and acquire new properties for Dolce & Gabbana EMEA.
• Manage lease, purchase, and sale agreements for properties.
• Optimize real estate costs and maximize return on investment.
• Monitor actual expenses in collaboration with the Planning and Control team, verifying budget variances and preparing accurate forecasts for the future.
• Prepare detailed periodic reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges encountered, and future opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian and international real estate market.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong results orientation and ability to achieve goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
