Junior Designer - Window Display, Temporary Store & Pop-up

Within the Technical Office of Dolce&Gabbana Srl, the selected candidate will be involved in the design process of window displays, temporary stores, and pop-ups, contributing to the research, development, and execution phases of projects, in line with the brand’s identity and guidelines.
Role and Responsibilities
- Creation and review of 2D/3D technical drawings, renderings, visualizations, and project technical sheets
- Support in the supervision and quality control of prototypes and samples
- Collaboration in the selection of materials, finishes, techniques, and construction solutions
- Support in analyzing creative briefs and contributing to the development of design concepts, in line with brand guidelines
- Research on trends, scenarios, and design references in retail, design, and visual merchandising
- Support in defining visual merchandising guidelines in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Benchmarking activities and monitoring of key competitors
- Assistance during production, installation, and setup phases of window displays, pop-ups, pop-ins, and corners (including possible night shifts)
Required Skills
- Degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related fields
- Experience in designing temporary installations (window displays, pop-ups, and temporary stores)
- Ability to translate creative briefs into design solutions aligned with concept, timing, and production constraints
- Strong technical development skills and knowledge of materials and construction solutions
- Ability to select and apply appropriate materials, finishes, and construction systems for temporary installations, ensuring aesthetic quality, ease of assembly, and production feasibility
- Excellent knowledge of main design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Rhinoceros, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Firefly
- Excellent command of the English language
