The IT E-Commerce Front End Process Analyst will join the IT team with the goal of ensuring functional ownership of the front-end components of the eCommerce platform.
The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the proper management of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and CMS-driven digital experiences.

The position supports the evolution of the user experience and the correct functioning of front-end flows, working in coordination with development partners and contributing to the continuous improvement of platform performance in line with business needs and end-customer expectations.

The role can be based at our offices in Milan or Legnano and requires full-time onsite presence. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-end eCommerce processes and related systems (CMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing feeds, Social Login).
  • Ensure end-to-end consistency between front-end behavior on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and content managed through the CMS.
  • Monitor front-end performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the evolution of the eCommerce platform in collaboration with Business and IT colleagues.
  • Support the manager in managing operational relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Ensure integration standards, delivery quality, and roadmap priorities.
  • Document processes, flows, and functional solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Digital, Marketing, and UX teams.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Marketing, Management, or Economics or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • 1–3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector or in fast-paced, performance-driven retail environments.
  • Proven knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud front end and CMS; coding experience is considered a plus.
  • Understanding of UX principles and the customer journey.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations
