The figure will be part of the HR Direction, specifically in the HR Digital Transformation Office. The figure will be dedicated to the management of projects for the development of HR processes, in order to implement Human Resources Management Systems, with a specialization in SQL integrations.


Main activities


  • Stay updated on HR systems and technology trends, proactively providing ideas and information to enhance team capabilities
  • Collaborate with the HR Direction to troubleshoot technical issues, provide technical support
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions using HRIS capabilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL scripts for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) HR data from various sources into a central system
  • Experience with integration flows and systems with SAP Concur, Zucchetti and SAP SuccessFactors will be considered as a plus
  • Optimize SQL queries to improve system performance and ensure fast response times during data integration operation
  • Propensity to achieve quality IT solutions, able to improve the integration experience
  • Responsible for architecting project responsibilities, recommending process improvements, and providing support for Workday.




  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or Economics field
  • Previous experience of 2 years in the HR-Integration field
  • Passion and enthusiasm for HR issues, curiosity and proactivity
  • Knowledge of the Restful API and WebServices paradigm
  • Good Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications
  • Ability to write, read, and understand SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and manage data within relational databases
  • Experience using SQL for data integration, preferably in an HR or application context
  • Good level of English
  • Flexible approach and adherence to deadlines.
