HR Cost Controller

Dolce&Gabbana is looking for an HR Cost Controller to join the HQ Planning & Control Department.
The selected candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring personnel cost indicators at Group level, reporting directly to the Planning & Control Director.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze, in constant collaboration with HR referents, the trend of labor costs and FTE/Headcount compared to Budget, Forecasts and the previous year, with details by company and cost centre;
• Support the HR Department in the preparation of Budget and rolling Forecasts in line with Group objectives;
• Develop standard dashboards/reports for the periodic monitoring of labor cost/FTE/Headcount trends;
• Assist the HR Department in verifying and defining commission systems for sales personnel, assessing their effectiveness as a lever to increase revenues;
• Check the correct allocation of costs in the income statement to ensure reliability, accuracy, and consistency with Group accounting standards.

Requirements

• Economy Degree;
• Professional proficiency (C1) in English, both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of additional languages will be appreciated;
• At least 6 years of professional experience in Corporate roles within International Groups;
• Knowledge of SAP and Tagetik;
• Willingness to travel
