Europe Retail HR Intern

Role Overview
As part of the Europe Retail HR team, you will support the Talent Acquisition process for our boutiques across national and international markets. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment activities while contributing to HR projects that enhance our employer brand in the retail space.
Your Contribution to the Role
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and recruiting for retail positions (e.g., Client Advisors, Store Managers)
- Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates
- Maintain and update our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Collaborate with Retail HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Support the employee hiring process and contribute to various HR population analyses (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity)
- Support reporting and analysis of recruitment KPIs and related date
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student/graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Passionate about luxury fashion and interested in the retail industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); fluency in Spanish would be considered as a plus
