Job Description
The selected candidate will be a key member of the Security Department and will report directly to our Group Security Director. He will also manage the following activities:
Key Responsibilities
- Support activities related to compliance with regulatory requirements (NIS2) and adherence to the security framework (ISO 27001) considered as reference
- Coordinate operational and project activities, focusing on security aspects, in collaboration with the ICT department
- MS\SP Management & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for our external Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). Hold them accountable to SLAs, review monthly metrics, and ensure seamless escalation of critical security incidents.
- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR): Manage and tune our EDR platform. Lead incident response efforts, investigate detections, perform threat hunting, and orchestrate host isolation when threats are identified.
- Zero Trust & Cloud Security (SSE): Oversee our environment to enforce Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) policies. Ensure secure, least-privilege access for remote and hybrid workers.
- Email Security Governance: Manage the email security ecosystem to mitigate phishing, business email compromise (BEC), and credential harvesting. Optimize email gateway rules and coordinate automated incident response (TRAP).
- Perimeter & Network Security: Coordinate with network teams to manage firewall policies, security profiles (IPS, Anti-malware, Web Filtering), and secure VPN access.
- Incident Response & Threat Hunting: Lead internal containment and remediation efforts when the MSSP flags a critical threat, utilizing the full capability of our integrated security stack.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related fields / technical diploma in IT
- 3–4 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of main Project Management frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)
- Solid expertise in:
- Routing, Switching, and Security
- IPsec / GRE
- IPv4 / IPv6
- Virtualization systems (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware)
- VMDR tools (e.g., Qualys, Nessus)
- SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
- Management of security systems such as firewalls, reverse proxies, IDS/IPS, EDR
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
