The successful candidate will be in charge of ensuring top quality service in order to guarantee an exceptional dining experience in line with Dolce & Gabbana's philosophy, culture and standards.
Scope
- To ensure the correct organization of each station in order to establish a great dining experience in accordance with Dolce & Gabbana philosophy and culture.
Key Accountabilities
- Follow the work schemes, organize the execution times and the cooking procedures of the food.
- Learn the various cooking techniques, the particularities of the products with the help of the Demi Chef de Partie or/and Chef de Partie.
- Selection and knowledge of the knives according to the use and the food that will be processed.
- Follow the instructions of the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie regarding the working method and how to organize the work plan of the day, explaining how to cut meat and ingredients and fillet a fish.
- Collaborate with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.
- Ensure all preparation is complete and ready for each service.
- Respect HACCP procedures.
- Clean and tidy.

Requirements and Compensation
- Full time (40h).
- at least 6 months of experience in the same role
- RAL: 23k
- Tickets restaurant: 7,50 Euro per day
