Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and customer‑focused Part‑Time Client Advisor (20 hours) to join our team at La Rinascente Milano, one of the city’s most prestigious and dynamic retail destinations. As a key member of our sales team, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and representing the brand through impeccable service and professionalism.

Your Contribution 

• Deliver an outstanding and personalized shopping experience to every client, consistently reflecting the brand’s values.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
• Stay up to date on product launches, trends, and brand knowledge to provide expert guidance.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and overall store presentation, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Support stock management, ensuring product availability and timely replenishment.
• Manage customer transactions with professionalism, ensuring a smooth and positive checkout experience.
• Participate in in-store events and promotional activities to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.

What you bring to the team

• Previous experience in client-facing roles, ideally within luxury retail or fashion.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse and international clientele.
• A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Attention to detail and an understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are considered a plus (especially Russian, Arabic, or Chinese).
• Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, market trends, and client expectations.
