e-Visual Merchandiser

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a E-Visual Merchandiser based in our Milan HQ.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Manage search ranking and discoverability through search engine optimization and conduct ranking checks and validation (keywords, filters, stock status) for HQ, US and Middle East
- Create and maintain both commercial and launches rankings: commercial newsletter, most loved section, new in gallery, social paid products and homepage new themes launches
- Contribute, in partnership with Buying team, to guarantee digital merchandising strategy exploit buying investments and properly represent DG image
- Review categories product listing pages provided by third parties, making sure they reflect seasonal merchandising investments and business needs and also to boost stock rotation, enhance conversion rate and exploit best seller sales
- Define ranking accordingly to HQ Visual merchandising guidelines
- Align with ecommerce team to define the go-to-market initiatives, contributing to build Ecommerce special projects, product pushes and seasonal launches
- Ensure to define ranking representing regional taste and local customer needs, in order to guarantee a proper brand representation WW
- Work closely with buying team in defining VIP client rankings
Key requirements & competencies:
- Solid prior experience in a similar WW role within the luxury industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Expert-level experience with Algolia for search optimization, ranking, and discoverability configuration
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build useful working relationships
- Fluency in English
