Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for Showroom Sales Associates based in our Milan HQ.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
- Actively participate in showroom Clients’ welcoming and greetings to ensure satisfaction
- Partnership with Area Managers and relevant teams involved to ensure commercial goals’ achievement
- Prepare, manage and finalise sales directly dealing with customers through engaging collection presentation
- Develop strong and trustworthy professional relationships with Clients, proactively supporting them to guarantee all needs are met and in line with DG expectations
- Manage post-sales activities in collaboration with Back Office Team
- Guarantee correct Client database maintenance for potential follows up
- Constantly act in a professional and ethical manner when supporting Clients with the aim of achieving company goals and tackling potential missing opportunities
- Always maintain a professional, knowledgeable, positive and proactive attitude
- Follow Company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required
Key Requirements & Competencies
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury fashion brand and/or Multibrand
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Sound knowledge of a second foreign language (Russian, French, German or Spanish)
- Good listener, offering excellent service and developing a thorough knowledge of customers
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Organized and flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong passion for fashion world
