Retail Operations Manager - Boutique Casa Milano

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Retail Operations Manager based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage operational workflows including packaging, inventory, cash handling, remote sales, and after-sales support, ensuring team coordination in compliance with company procedures;
•    Ensure proper functioning of infrastructure by coordinating interventions with external suppliers;
•    Prepare reports, monitor operational cost budgets, and oversee monthly orders in coordination with the supply team; 
•    Plan and manage the entire inventory process;
•    Coordinate customization services and post-sales activities.

Key Requirements & Competencies:
•    Fluency Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus;
•    3+ years experience as Manager; 
•    Leadership Experience (direct responsibility of a team); 
•    Home collection/Interior design product knowledge;
•    Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques;
•    Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
•    Strong understanding of business needs and strong team player.
