Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity, within the in-house Beauty Division, for a Influencer Marketing Specialist based in the HQ in Milan.
This role reports to the Global Influencer Marketing Manager & supports in building and implementing the global IM strategy with a digital-first approach to increase brand awareness and visibility worldwide.
The IM Specialist will sit within the wider communication department, working closely with the Global Digital, Image, Social, Paid Media team and Marketing team, as well as with the Regional Communication Teams.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, creative, talented, and passionate about social media and digital communication, with excellent organisational skills. A strong passion for the Beauty industry, as well as a good understanding of the current luxury and youth culture and the wider influencer landscape, are required. Previous experience in a similar function or industry is appreciated.
Responsibilities
- General day-to-day commitment related to new launches, toolkits, and strategy
- Support IM Manager on the development of the influencer activations, including content guidelines, profiling guidelines, seeding programmes, activation calendars
- Mapping of the competition activities and kpi driven analysis of the landscape
- Ideation (in partnership with IM Manager) of Instagram, TikTok and Youtube Campaigns
- Collaboration with key internal stakeholders including Digital, Image, Media, and Global Marketing teams to share ideas and support in building new and fresh activation ideas
- Support IM Manager in the end-to-end event preparation & execution (global & local) including general logistics, gifting activities, briefing documents, schedules, fittings, and ad hoc requests
- Day-to-day social media monitoring to identify new/upcoming relevant trends and present new content opportunities in the beauty landscape
- On-going management of the Influencer Marketing tool to ensure data / campaigns are always updated
- Preparation of monthly analysis using IM tool to analyse results and provide future recommendations / KPIs to be shared with the wider business
- Report on the social content and influencer performance globally to define high/low performing content and adapt the guidelines accordingly, offering a fresh outlook on improvements and quick wins
- Support IM Manager to set up recurrent meetings with regional stakeholders and agencies, when needed
- Co-ordination with distribution centre for shipments and product orders for various Influencer Marketing activities (e.g. seedings, giftings, PR kits orders from markets, etc.), organise stock and keep track of invoices
- Management of Global Influencers and Global Ambassadors, ongoing and related to fashion shows.
Skills & Education
- Master’s Degree in Communications/ Digital Marketing/ Influencer Marketing
- Understanding of Communication tools
- Digital-savvy with strong passion for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Excellent time management & organisational skills with a sense of priority
- Excellent attention to detail always with a luxury mindset
- Ability to communicate across a big organisation including presenting to a wider audience
- An innovative & disruptive way of thinking, with a flexible, professional, and positive attitude
- Enthusiastic, creative, ability to work proactively, and eager to always find new/impactful ideas to support the business
- Hard-working, self-motivated, and passionate about the beauty, luxury & influencer industry
- Fluent in spoken/written English. Italian fluency/knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (with excellent usage of Powerpoint and Excel)
