Role Overview

We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented In Store E-Commerce Intern to join our team in our prestigious Milan boutique. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our in-store e-commerce services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in luxury retail and digital commerce, with a focus on excellence, precision, and teamwork.

 

Your Contribution to the Role

  • Process and fulfill online orders placed through dedicated e-commerce platforms (Farfetch & dg.com), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and in-store returns, maintaining a client-first approach throughout the process.
  • Package orders in accordance with company guidelines and brand standards, ensuring a luxurious unboxing experience.
  • Oversee and reconcile the physical and virtual inventory of daily orders, ensuring consistency across systems.
  • Collaborate closely and communicate regularly with the e-commerce team to share updates, align on workflows, and address any issues promptly.
  • Provide feedback on processes and share insights to help enhance the in-store e-commerce operation.

 

What You Bring to the Team

  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce or retail operations is a plus, but no previous experience is required.
  • Fluency in Italian and a good level of English; other languages are considered a plus.

 

The internship is expected to start in early June and will have a minimum duration of six months.
