Job Description
Dolce&Gabbana offers an exciting career opportunity as Global Collection Merchandiser- WRTW based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the Global Merchandising Department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Perform market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and customer expectations.
· Analyze product performance, sell-through and collection results to identify strengths, weaknesses and product development opportunities.
· Support the preparation of seasonal collection plans and merchandising grids
· Participate in defining collection structure, category architecture and product requests
· Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams throughout the collection development process.
· Analyze pricing positioning and competitor assortments across different markets.
· Support the monitoring of collection performance throughout the season through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
· Develop reporting tools and collection analyses to support merchandising and design decisions.
· Collaborate with HQ Merchandising, Design, Product Team and Visual Merchandising to ensure consistency of product strategy.
· Conduct store visits and market research activities to gather product insights and identify emerging trends.
· Support the creation of collection-related presentations and seasonal product information.
Requirements
· 6+ years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury industry;
· University degree in Economics or related fields;
· Fluent English;
· Ability to understand current market trends;
· Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail;
· Strong luxury feeling.

Remuneration:
a) Remuneration will start from €40.000, depending on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria consistent with the organization, such as: (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; (ii) technical and specialist skills relevant to the role; (iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; (iv) classification under the relevant National Collective Labour Agreement; and (v) consistency with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
