Europe Retail Training Intern

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional opportunity available for a Europe Retail Training Intern based in our Milan HQ.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

• Support the development of the retail teams’ competencies through actively participating in the induction, training and coaching on the floor.
• Support the Europe Retail Training Team from the content adaptation/creation to follow up and monitoring, while respecting the DG Retail Campus guidelines
• Be present on the shopfloor, supporting Retail to achieve all KPIs through the implementation of elevated customer experience and adhering to global standard
• Support the Europe Retail Training Team while coaching on selling technique and product training
• Closely collaborate with the Europe Retail Training Team and the InStore Training referents in collaboration with HR and network Store Managers
• Closely collaborate with the Europe Retail Training Team and the Store Manager to follow up on staff performance post training activities
• Fully support the implementation of Retail Campus activities rolling out all campus modules (with local adaptation when and if needed)
• Support in building brand image through engagement and creating positive and safe learning environments
• Provide quantitative and qualitative reports to Retail and Retail Training Management based on KPIs performance from Store/Country/Region

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Bachelor / Master degree
• Passion for Field Training in store
• Passion for fashion and luxury, previous in store experience is considered a plus
• Fluent in English and Italian – additional languages are considered a plus
• Good team player and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Advanced knowledge of Power Point and Excel
