Europe Retail Trainer

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Europe Retail Trainer based in our Milan HQ.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

• Develop the retail teams competencies through induction, training and coaching on the floor.
• Working within the DG Retail Campus guidelines and be accountable and responsible for specific projects as assigned from content adaptation/creation to follow up and monitoring
• Support Retail to achieve all KPIs through the implementation of elevated customer experience and adhering to global standard
• Provide on the floor coaching on selling technique and product training
• Work closely to the InStore Training referents in collaboration with HR and network Store Managers
• Work closely to the Store Manager to follow up on staff performance post training activities
• Fully support the implementation of Retail Campus activities rolling out all campus modules (with local adaptation when and if needed)
• Build brand image through engagement and creating positive and safe learning environments
• Provide quantitative and qualitative reports to Retail and Retail Training Management based on
• KPIs performance from Store/Country/Region

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Proven experience as Field Trainer in store is mandatory
• Extensive experience and knowledge in luxury
• Fluent in English and Italian – additional languages are considered a plus
• Good team player and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Advanced knowledge of Power Point and Excel
