Europe Retail Operations Intern

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional opportunity available for a Europe Retail Operations Intern based in our Milan HQ.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

• Actively support the Europe Retail Operations Team in all operational activities across the whole Boutique network (stores and warehouses)
• Support the preparation of procedures according to company standards
• Support in the monitoring of new projects’ execution of in relation to price changes, reissuing product tickets, discount periods, and modifications to the list, launching new tools, and collecting results
• Maintain and rationalize the Operations files to ensure consistency and ease of access to corporate documentation
• Prepare analyses, reports, and ad hoc presentations
• Help in the monitoring of stock capacities across the region
• Support the Europe Retail Operations Team in overseeing and managing regular cycle counts and inventory activities in order to protect the Company assets
• Support the Europe Retail Operations Team in the implementation of new projects (store openings, pop ups, refurbishment)

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Bachelor / Master degree
• Passion for fashion and luxury, previous in-store experience is considered a plus
• Fluent in English and Italian – additional languages are considered a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Hands-on approach
• Good team player and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Power Point and Excel
