Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for the E-Business Store Specialist, who will be part of the Global E-commerce department, based in our Headquarter in Milan. S/He will be focused on the analyses, fulfillment and management of the ecommerce catalogue content (product, copy, price, etc) for the respective product categories and business markets, ensuring the right update and upload based on the Head of E-Business input and the overall global commercial/marketing/communication plan/calendar/strategy.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Coordinating the execution of the commercial plan on DG.COM: briefs for the creation of materials for the presentation of collections (home page banners, special gallery, landing pages, newsletter graphics, special shoots); manage the onsite activities and newsletters to support the collections launch and special initiatives; briefs for texts in Italian and English, in agreement with the internal Copy team;
- Coordinating the ecommerce briefs for direct email marketing in agreement with Digital graphic designer team and Copy team and Online Merchandising department;
- Defining catalogue/lookbook images to be used to communicate collections on DG.COM, based on the available assortment;
- Managing the brief in coordination with the internal Content Factory department: prepare the requirements and collect the materials; assets’ quality aligned to Dolce & Gabbana standards;
- Ensuring the store content fulfillment for specific product/business division campaign;
- Supporting the content maintenance of DG.COM and sending the materials to the ecommerce Provider, in coherence with the commercial plan, monitoring the end to end process;
- Checking all content and formats are correctly uploaded;
- Checking the correct activation/depublication of seasons, campaign sales, special campaigns or further initiatives;
- Checking the correct activation of the menu product categories;
- Supporting the go-live projects and collaborations in coordination with Operations and Merchandising departments, checking stock and delivery of the products for the creation of commercial listing page, launch pages and nearly access activities dedicated to VIC;
- Providing support on customer experience personalization managing the respective tools;
- Monitoring the onsite performance;
- Acting in collaboration with the Media Team in order to improve the sell-through;
- Acting in collaboration with CRO and SEO teams for SEO optimization;
- Providing support on direct mail marketing campaign.
Key Requirements & Competencies:
- Proven experience in Ecommerce Management, preferably within the Luxury or Fashion industry.
- Proficiency with Ecommerce platforms and CMS. Strong command of Contentsquare or similar UX analytics tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense aligned with the brand's DNA.
