 Dolce & Gabbana, leader in the world of luxury fashion, is looking for an ESG Specialist who will join the Global Digital Innovation Department based in the Italian Headquarter. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to provide support on the development and implementation of our ESG program and initiatives, achieving a strong understanding of ESG principles, particularly in the fashion and luxury sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the implementation of Dolce&Gabbana Sustainability Plan, ensuring the fulfillment of the required operational activities in alignment with the Global ESG Manager;
  • Proactively contribute to identify new sustainability’s opportunities for achieving ESG objectives, facilitating the engagement, dialogue and commitment with/of the different company’s business functions and stakeholders;
  • Support the company's carbon footprint baselining, working with the team on the implementation and monitoring the realization of decarbonization initiatives;
  • Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics, including environmental impact, social compliance and governance standards;
  • Completion of ESG questionnaires and collection of traceability data, facilitating the dialogue with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure compliance with sustainability standards;
  • Contribute to achieve the ESG-related certifications and compliance requirements, staying up-to-date with ESG regulations impacting the business.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Management and Business Administration, Engineering or related;
  • Approximately three years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility, preferably in consulting or fashion, retail, or luxury sectors;
  • Strong knowledge of global ESG frameworks (GRI, ESRS, GHG Protocol) and industry sustainability standards;
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Fluency in English.
