E-Commerce Merchandising Planner

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a E-Commerce Merchandising Planner based in our Milan HQ.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Define the most efficient and well balanced Open-to-buy strategy for DG.com and Farfetch, in order to meet seasonal sales target and ST% objective;
- Be the referent point on all E-Commerce merchandising analysis, supporting both buying and visual merchandising teams in defining a choral merchandising strategy;
- Monitor continuative and high rotating monthly sales in order to avoid any missed opportunities and suggest any exceeding quantities to release;
- Actively collaborate with business team giving a 360 degree view on merchandising performance;
- Partner with the E-Commerce merchandising team and Merchandising Planning team to create and maintain seasonal assortment plans and category sales plans;
- Support the development and roll-out of the evolution of the merchandising planning systems from a business standpoint;
- Move the world of merchandising planning into a data driven merchandising approach, analysing not only sales and stock KPI, but also exploiting traffic and conversion metrics;
- Constantly work in improving warehouse stock rotation
Key requirements & competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years experiences in E-Commerce merchandising planning or demand planning or business analysis of primary Retail or Fashion company
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, mandatory Power Pivot
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build useful working relationships
- Fluency in English
