Customer Care Specialist - CASA

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Customer Care Specialist based in Milan.
Key Responsabilities:
- Constant communication with clients for updates, specific requests, and resolution of potential issues;
- Daily management of international orders, from receipt to delivery;
- Coordination with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure deadlines are met and a smooth order process;
- Handling of customized requests from VIP clients for bespoke furniture;
- Acting as an interface with the sales team and suppliers to guarantee the correct execution of special shipments;
- Monitoring shipments and managing customs procedures when required;
- Post-sales support and complaint management with a customer satisfaction–oriented approach;
- Supervision of the invoicing process and verification of proper documentation;
- Support in the preparation of periodic reports on order trends and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent English (other languages are considered a plus);
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Care;
- Strong team-player attitude and customer orientation;
- Familiarity with order management, invoicing, and accounting;
- Excellent communication, accuracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
