Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Customer Care Specialist based in Milan.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Constant communication with clients for updates, specific requests, and resolution of potential issues;
  • Daily management of international orders, from receipt to delivery;
  • Coordination with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure deadlines are met and a smooth order process;
  • Handling of customized requests from VIP clients for bespoke furniture;
  • Acting as an interface with the sales team and suppliers to guarantee the correct execution of special shipments;
  • Monitoring shipments and managing customs procedures when required;
  • Post-sales support and complaint management with a customer satisfaction–oriented approach;
  • Supervision of the invoicing process and verification of proper documentation;
  • Support in the preparation of periodic reports on order trends and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent English (other languages are considered a plus);
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Care;
  • Strong team-player attitude and customer orientation;
  • Familiarity with order management, invoicing, and accounting;
  • Excellent communication, accuracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
