Client Advisor – Luxury Boutique | Madrid

We are looking for a bright, elegant, and customer-oriented individual to join our prestigious luxury boutique located in the heart of Madrid. As a Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, delivering a warm and personalized welcome that reflects our brand’s high standards of excellence.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients with professionalism and courtesy, creating an exceptional and welcoming atmosphere

• Manage client appointments and flow of visitors to ensure smooth and timely access to the boutique

• Support the sales team in daily operations, including product presentation and scheduling

• Offer refreshments and brand materials, paying close attention to every detail of the client experience

• Maintain a refined, organized boutique environment consistent with our luxury image

• Provide expert assistance in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)

Requirements

• Passion for the luxury, fashion, or retail industry

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Well-groomed appearance and strong sense of style

• Fluency in Spanish and English

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and eagerness to learn

• Educational background: diploma or university degree (completed or in progress)
