Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Web Analytics Specialist based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the Head Quarter E-commerce department, reporting to the CRM Manager, will help the eCRM/CX & DATA team in business and digital-tech growth and will be in charge of:

 

Main Activities And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and system integrator analysts to understand business measurement requirements, translating them into comprehensive analytics monitoring solutions.
  • Be responsible for expanding the data layer, understanding requirements, writing technical specifications, and working closely with developers during the process of developing new features.
  • Quality control and proactively analyse your marketing analytics and tags implementation (with GTM), continuously driving improvement and optimizing data flows.
  • Be responsible for setting and maintaining processing rules and filters in Google Analytics 4 to develop and implement an e-commerce strategy through AB tasting to improve website performance.
  • Measure and analyse all change to the Datalayer and website in order to collect data, monitor, and provide insights into the online customer experience to the rest of the team.
  • Ensure complete and user-friendly documentation of all issues relating to implementation, analysis, and optimization actions.
  • Deeply analyse the online customer experience, defining and monitoring KPIs and signals, improving CX-CRO indicators that lead to increased conversion and proposing CX improvement solutions.
  • Analyse various data in order to provide strategies and achieve established KPIs, maintaining the structures and processes that enable the performance of CX-CRO analysis with dynamic reports on Looker Studio.
  • Define tools and solutions to implement CX-CRO improvement actions, helping to identify, evaluate and implement tools and solutions aimed at improving the Customer Experience and best developing CR optimization with user analytics tool (e.g. Content square).
  • Manage all online activity in relation to sales, conversion, testing and AB test reporting and work together with marketing teams to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Provide analysis and monitor e-business performance, preparing ad hoc reports and specific dynamic reports aimed at showing results relating to online sales, funnels, user behaviours, digital journeys, conversion rate insights.
  • Be the point of reference for understanding customer behaviour, defining their life cycle, and transforming specific insights into concrete actions aimed at increasing customer value and involvement.
  • Support Data Mart maintenance by enabling the data visualization platform (Power BI) integrated with the datalake (e.g. Snow Flake).
  • Understanding the basics of SEO.

 

Key Requirements & Competencies

    • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
    • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Communication, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
    • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
    • Knowledge of UX practices, user flow, and web analytics.
    • Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools, and optimization on Looker Studio.
    • Understanding of attribution models in multi-variant testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analytics, and reporting tools.
    • Experience in the web analytics domain and knowledge of tag implementation requirements through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
    • Experience using industry-standard web analytics tools at the administrator level.
    • Familiarity with JSON data layers and experience working with developers throughout implementation.
    • Knowledge of journey analysis tools such as Content Square or similar.
    • Strong knowledge of AB TEST tools (preferably AB Tasty).
