ROLE:

Dolce & Gabbana is seeking an exceptional Store Manager to oversee all facets of a single boutique’s operations, ensuring flawless execution of brand directives, operational procedures, and service standards. This leader drives the sales plan by maximizing team productivity, optimizing resources, and cultivating a culture rooted in performance, accountability, and luxury hospitality.

  

MISSION:  

  • Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

    Commercial Performance

    • Achieve and exceed Store sales goals through strategic planning, daily performance management, and targeted client-development initiatives.
    • Analyze business trends, KPIs, and opportunities to maximize productivity and conversion.
    • Recommend localized sales and marketing strategies to support Store performance. Client Experience
    • Ensure an elevated, luxury level client experience through continuous coaching, observation, and service standard reinforcement.
    • Lead clienteling expectations, ensuring consistent follow up, outreach, and relationship building.
    • Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and assortment planning to support store performance.
    • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including cleanliness, maintenance, and overall environment.

     Team Leadership & Development

    • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent aligned with the brand’s values and service expectations.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development plans to elevate individual and team performance.
    • Dedicate 25% of the role to structured training in product knowledge, service excellence, systems, and operational procedures.
    • Foster a high-engagement culture through recognition, team-building initiatives, and consistent communication.

    Scheduling & Communication

    • Oversee all scheduling to ensure optimal coverage, balanced workloads, and synchronized management presence.
    • Conduct weekly Store meetings to align the team on priorities, performance, and product knowledge.
    • Lead daily briefings to communicate sales expectations, new arrivals, and operational focus areas.
    • Maintain clear, timely communication with Corporate partners and internal leadership.

    PROFILE:

    • Minimum 5 years of high volume retail management experience; luxury experience strongly preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow through.
    • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, prioritize, and operate effectively under pressure.
    • Collaborative leadership style with a proactive, hands on approach.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.

The salary rate for this role ranges from $125,000 - $135,000.  Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
