Role Overview

 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Client Advisor to join our Leathergoods Department at Harrods, London. As a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand, you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

 

Your Contribution to the Role

 

  • Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
  • Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
  • Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
  • Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
  • Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
  • Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)
  • Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
  • Support basic cash operations when necessary

 

What You Bring to the Team

 

  • Fluency in English and Arabic 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in luxury retail
  • Strong clienteling skills with the ability to deliver a memorable client journey/ceremony
  • Proficiency in effective sales techniques with a track record of achieving targets
  • Solid understanding of store KPIs and how to drive performance
  • Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and refined selling approach
  • Excellent customer focus, combined with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
