Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Client Advisor to join our Leathergoods Department at Harrods, London. As a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand, you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Your Contribution to the Role
- Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
- Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
- Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
- Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)
- Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
- Support basic cash operations when necessary
What You Bring to the Team
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in luxury retail
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to deliver a memorable client journey/ceremony
- Proficiency in effective sales techniques with a track record of achieving targets
- Solid understanding of store KPIs and how to drive performance
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and refined selling approach
- Excellent customer focus, combined with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
